Refund policy
Customers wishing to receive a refund must contact me by phone or email for approval. Merchandise must be returned with a copy of the invoice or order number. Returns without an order number will result in additional delays.
Exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and custom-made items.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for exchange or refund.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund.
Exchanges will be processed subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone.
Fol-Artists Warranty
At Fol-Artists, we craft our products with care and are committed to providing quality items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use of the product.
Seam Warranty:
Seams are warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship or construction.
This warranty does not cover:
snags;
accidental tears;
damage caused by overloading or improper use;
normal wear and tear;
modifications or repairs made by the customer or a third party.
Zipper Warranty
Zippers are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or improper handling, including:
fabric caught and then forcibly pulled through the zipper;
forcing the zipper open or closed when jammed;
excessive overloading of the pocket resulting in abnormal tension on the zipper;
excessive pulling on the slider;
damage caused by a sharp or pointed object;
Normal wear and tear from use.
Warranty against premature fading
Fabrics are warranted against dyeing defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers only premature fading due to a manufacturing defect when the care instructions have been followed.
This warranty does not cover:
normal fading caused by sun exposure;
natural wear and tear of the fabric over time;
the use of bleach or harsh cleaning products;
failure to follow care instructions;
damage caused by chemicals or cosmetics.
Normal wear and tear
All textile products are subject to natural wear and tear over time. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to:
gradual softening of the fabric;
slight fading of colors;
minor signs of use;
wear resulting from regular use of the product. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by this warranty.
Claims
All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the problem.
Fol-Artists reserves the right to evaluate each claim to determine whether the problem results from a manufacturing defect, normal wear and tear, an accident, or misuse.
Depending on the case, Fol-Artists may choose to repair the product, replace it with an identical model, or, if that model is no longer available, with a comparable model offering equivalent features and value, or issue a refund.
