Shipping policy
Unless you specified express shipping at checkout, your order will leave our workshop within 1 to 5 business days (except for custom-made Fol-ard, if applicable. Please add the production time, which is 5 to 15 business days). Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Delivery time thereafter depends on Canada Post's processing time. You will always have a tracking number for your package.
