Disappear in the forest
Some go shopping for themselves, others do it for others. Constantly on the lookout for new patterns and fabrics to satisfy the eclecticism of our customers, we sometimes come across something unexpected during our research. Our most recent surprise was to realize late that one of the fabrics we had purchased was marked in various places with the logo of the company that designed it and the name of the model! It's fabric by the yard, an original pattern, yes, but we had never seen a pattern that systematically came with the name of its inventor, like a signed canvas, especially since it's about a camouflage-like pattern, as seen in the military or on the backs of hunters.
Well precisely! We corrected our ignorance by researching Mossy oak and their motive Break-up Country , in short what is written on this pattern. It turns out that this is an American company and that the pattern in question here has since its release in 2015 become the most used camouflage pattern in North America, particularly by large deer hunters. !
Do you see the irony here? Some of our scarves are anything but discreet, far from the camouflage effect and eminently flamboyant! Thus, it's upside down that we at Fol-Artists use this forest motif supposed to make you disappear in nature. In any case, we recognize in this company the ability to create very effective patterns in terms of camouflage, their logo repeatedly on the fabric having first completely escaped us!
There is an indecisive habit in the military of calling any low-ranking soldier a 'relish', because of the typical pattern you see on the clothes of these common soldiers. A mixture of shades of green with black here and there, something not really studied, but with the pattern Break-Up Country of Mossy Oak , we are in the Rolls-Royce of relish! These branches, these leaves, these forest flashes with discreet flashes of white recalling the light that passes between the leaves; in terms of the goal sought, it's really very successful, but as we said, we did not opt for camouflage on our side.
Nevertheless, with such a motley pattern, you will understand that we have left the inside of the pocket in black ...
